Events we'll be sharpening at:

Think about safety when transporting your knives! They will be very sharp when we are done even if they are very dull now.  Sharp, loose knives can easily cut their way through thin cloth and plastic freezer bags.  Here are some great ideas for carrying your knives:

• Leave them in the wooden block and just bring the block
• Wrap them in a thick towel
• Wrap them in several sheets of newspaper
• Put them in protective sheaths
